The Homestead Estate is a community that lives in an oasis of tranquillity with plenty of space for outdoor living.
Owned by Residents
Unusually the Residents own the entire Estate by way of a shareholding in the Society known as The Homestead Estate Limited.
Large Plots
Each dwelling is set on a generous quarter acre plot of land.
Mindful Planning
In order to preserve the open-nature of the Estate, only one bungalow or a two-storey dwelling is permitted per plot.
Development Guidance
There is guidance available from The Homestead Estate as to the extent and nature of any proposed development.
Run by Residents
Residents administer the Society which keeps the running costs of the Society to a minimum.
